I’m a 21-year-old senior at Mercyhurst University, dual majoring in Accounting & Finance with hands-on experience from an internship at a public accounting firm. I hold a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification from Intuit, and I operate under a formal LLC with a real client agreement and ACH billing infrastructure. I’m not just studying this — I’m doing it.

I’ve also spent three years as a member of the Mercyhurst Lakers football team, which has instilled in me the discipline, accountability, and attention to detail that define how I run this business. No. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I can get you set up with QuickBooks Online from scratch as part of onboarding — often at a discounted ProAdvisor rate. If you already have a QBO account, even better; we’ll connect to it directly.
Plenty of simple businesses do fine on their own at first. The difference shows up as you grow — multiple accounts, more transactions, reconciliation, and clean financials that hold up at tax time. There’s a real gap between “I can categorize my expenses” and “my books are accurate, reconciled, and tax-ready.” If you’d rather spend your time running your business than chasing transactions, that’s where I come in.
Your security comes first. I only ever need read-only access to retrieve statements and transactions — I never need your banking passwords, and I can’t move money. You connect your own accounts directly inside QuickBooks Online, and you can be given full view-access to your own books at any time. You always own and control your data.
Because your books are kept clean and reconciled all year, tax season is painless. I prepare an organized year-end package — Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and supporting detail — and deliver it straight to you, so you can include it with the rest of your tax documents and hand your CPA one complete packet. Note that I provide bookkeeping only; I don’t prepare or file tax returns, but I make your tax pro’s job easy.
Very common — and fixable. My cleanup service works through your history month by month to get everything current and accurate. It’s billed at a discounted rate of 75% of your applicable monthly plan, per historical month, so you know exactly what to expect. Once you’re caught up, we move into your regular monthly plan.
